For First-Timers

Nervous about coming in?
That's completely normal.

Everyone who trains here was a first-timer once. The coaches know showing up is the hardest part — so we made it as easy as possible.

1
Just show up in athletic clothes.

No gear needed. No experience needed. We'll handle everything from there.

2
Coaches greet you at the door.

Quick tour, meet the team, talk about your goals. Zero pressure, zero sales pitch.

3
Train at your own pace.

Every technique is taught from the beginning. Coaches scale to your level. Tapping out is celebrated here — it means you're learning.

4
Leave feeling good about yourself.

Not embarrassed. Not overwhelmed. Just worked hard in a room full of people rooting for you.

No ego allowed — coaches enforce it
